How to make assorted tofu rolls

1.Material preparation Prepare together: spinach, potatoes, ham sausage, carrots, coriander, dried tofu, soybean paste, bean curd juice,

2.Dry tofu and spinach (washed) and boiled in boiling water,

3. Soak the dried tofu and spinach in cold water.Take out, drain and dry.

Tips
1.Blanching spinach is more beneficial to the human body, as the oxalic acid in it is removed.Spinach contains high oxalic acid, which easily forms calcium oxalate with the body's calcium.This calcium cannot be absorbed by the body and also affects the body's absorption of calcium.
2 Dried tofu will become softer after being soaked.You don’t need to soak it in cold water.Drain and set aside.
