Eggs: enhance immunity, protect eyes and improve vision
Ingredients
Wide rice noodles ( 250g ) | Chopped pepper ( 50 grams ) |
Egg ( one ) | Cabbage leaves ( appropriate amount ) |
Chives (appropriate amount) | Light soy sauce ( a little ) |

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Heat oil in a pot, break up the eggs and fry over medium heat.

3. Pour in chopped pepper and saute until fragrant.

4.Pour in the cabbage leaves and stir-fry.

5.Add rice noodles and stir-fry.To avoid sticking to the pan, add a little water.

6.Finally add a little soy sauce for freshness.

7.Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve~
Tips
Because the chopped pepper itself has a salty taste, here I didn't add any additional salt.Rice noodles tend to stick to the pan when fried.Adding a little water can avoid this.
