Ingredients
Pork belly ( half a catty ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( several ) |
Boiled eggs ( 4 ) | Onion ( Half span> ) |
Water ( 500ml ) | Sugar ( Half spoon ) |
Five spice powder ( half spoon ) | Pepper (appropriate amount) |
Light soy sauce ( 4 spoons ) | White wine ( 2 spoons ) |
How to make braised pork rice with mushrooms

1.Dice mushrooms, dice pork belly, and shred onions

2. Fry the pork belly in a non-stick pan, stir-fry the oil and serve out

3.Use the remaining oil to fry shredded onions and diced mushrooms

4.Pour in the pork belly and stir-fry, add sugar, allspice and pepper and stir-fry

5.Finally, pour 500ml of water to cover the ingredients, add light soy sauce, wine and hard-boiled eggs, and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes

6. Serve with rice
