How to stir-fry meat with green onions

1. Cut the pork into thin slices, add an appropriate amount of salt and water starch, mix well and marinate for about 20 minutes.

2. Cut the green onion into diagonal slices and shred the ginger.

3. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat until 50% hot and sauté the shredded ginger until fragrant.

Tips
For pork, you can choose tenderloin or outer loin.
Don’t fry the green onions for too long after adding them to the pot, otherwise they will easily become overcooked and affect the taste.
