How to make braised noodles with tomatoes and eggs

1. Eat the mixed noodles and feel very satisfied.

2. Blanch the tomatoes with boiling water and make a cross on the top.

3.Cut minced ginger, minced garlic, chopped green onion, and two eggs.

4. Pour peanut oil into the hot pot and heat it up.Turn on medium to low heat and pour in the scattered peanut oil.Egg liquid.

Tips
To make tomato and egg marinated soup, you need more noodles to make it delicious.I used two kinds of noodles here, egg noodles, dried noodles, or hand-rolled noodles.
