White sugar ( 100 grams ) | Water ( 180g ) |
Condensed milk ( 160g ) | Honey ( 10g ) |
Corn oil ( 120g ) | Low-gluten flour ( 100g ) |
| Baking soda ( 5 grams ) | Eggs ( 2 ) |

1. Boil sugar with water and let cool.

2. Beat the eggs with a manual egg beater.

3.Add honey and condensed milk and mix well

4.Add corn oil and mix well

5.Add sifted low-gluten flour and baking soda and mix well.

6. Add the cooled sugar water three times and mix well.

7.Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for about 45 minutes.

8.Pour into the mold and it will be 70% full.I don’t have a solid cake mold to use.9-inch pizza pan and two small molds.

9. Preheat the oven to 190℃ and put it in the oven for 25 minutes.Out of the oven.

10.This is a small mold.This one is fuller and will come out five minutes later.

11. Cut across the middle and lower part of the cake, and you will see many cute nests.
