Corn oil ( 30g ) | Sugar ( 40g ) |
Milk ( 80g ) | Cocoa powder ( 8 grams ) |
Salt ( 2 grams ) | Condensed milk, coconut ( a little ) |
How to make cocoa cake roll

1.Finished product.

2. Prepare the materials.

3. To make cake batter, stir together cake flour, corn oil, milk and egg yolk evenly.

4. Add salt and mix well.

5. To make meringue, add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites, add the sugar three times, and beat until wet.

6.Wet beat until slightly curved.

7. Add the meringue to the egg yolk batter in three batches and mix well.

8. Use a piping bag to fill a small amount of batter, and draw a line pattern on the silicone paper in the mold.

9. Place in the oven at 160°C for 3 minutes and set aside.

10. Add a little water to the cocoa powder to dilute and mix thoroughly.

11. Divide the cake batter into two portions.Add cocoa batter to one portion to make a brown cake batter.Pour into the mold and spread another portion of yellow cake batter on top.

12. Apply evenly and shake a few times to exhaust.

13. Preheat the oven at 160℃ for 3 minutes, place the middle layer, and bake the upper and lower tubes at 150℃ for 30 minutes.

14. After baking, apply condensed milk and sprinkle with coconut.

15. Roll up and refrigerate for 1 hour.
