How to make oil-free and low-calorie tofu brownies

1. Beat 200g silk tofu until fine, add 25g xylitol and 1 egg , beat evenly

2.Pour 70g of chocolate and low-fat milk into the bowl 15ml, microwave over high heat until melted, pour the chocolate liquid into the tofu paste and stir evenly
