Wonton wrapper ( 55 pieces ) | Pork ( 200g ) |
| Horse hoof ( 5 ) | Carrot ( 1 root ) |
Haimi ( 10 grams ) | Egg white ( 1 piece ) |
Salt ( 3 grams ) | Sugar ( 2 grams ) |
Light soy sauce ( 2g ) | Shopee ( 1g ) |
Porphyry ( 2 grams ) | Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum ( 5 grams ) |
Pepper ( 1g ) | Sesame oil ( 2 grams ) |
Onions ( 2 grams ) | Ginger ( 2 grams ) |
How to make assorted wontons

1. Peel and clean the water chestnuts, then slice and mince them for later use.

2. Minced onion, ginger and garlic.

3. Mix with grated carrots.

4. Mince the meat.

5. Beat an egg white, mix all the ingredients, add dried shrimps, light soy sauce, and sugar , salt, sesame oil, pepper.

6. Whisk vigorously in one direction.

7.Put the filling into one corner of the wonton wrapper.

8. Roll up twice.

9. Fold back and dip the corners with some water to bond them tightly.

10. Bring a pot of water to the boil and put in the wontons.Remove from the pot and add some chrysanthemum.

11.Pour a few drops of light soy sauce, dried shrimps and seaweed into the bowl.

12. Pour into the wontons.
Tips
If there is no water chestnut, you can replace it with lotus root or sesame yam.
