
Ingredients
Toast ( 3 pieces ) | Rolling pin ( 1 ) |

1.Prepare bread slices;

2.Remove four sides;

3.Cut the bread slices into cubes;

4. Prepare the frying pan, without water or oil;

5.Put the croutons into the pot and stir-fry;

6.Stir fry until the croutons become hard and crispy, then turn off the heat and let cool;

7. Put the slightly cooled bread cubes into the bag;

8.Crush with a rolling pin; p>

9.Sift into powder and complete.
Tips
1.Remove the crumbs from all four sides of the bread and the bread will be more evenly distributed;
2.Stir-fry the bread cubes over low heat to avoid burning;
3.Sift the remaining bread slices and continue to crush them, or Eat it;
4.If you don’t have a rolling pin, you can also use a glass bottle.
