How to make braided bread (hand kneaded version)

.Except for butter and accessories, add flour and yeast powder and finally mix into dough

.Use laundry-style kneading method for about 30 minutes to form a rough film

.After forming a rough film, add butter and continue the kneading method in Figure 2 for another 30 minutes

.Knead it into a thin film and knead it into a smooth dough.Cover it with plastic wrap or a lid and let it ferment for an hour

.The fermented dough is twice the original size.If you poke a hole with your finger, it will not shrink back.Just make one, take it out, knead it to remove the air bubbles, and then divide it into equal parts

.I divided it into 6 125-gram packages and then covered them with plastic wrap and let them rise for 30 minutes

.After 30 minutes, take a 125-gram dosing and divide it into three 41-gram dosing cubes and roll them into long round bars as shown

8. Arrange the three noodles into a braid and pinch the head and tail tightly. After braiding everything, put it into the baking pan and ferment for about 40 minutes until it doubles in size

.After fermentation, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put it in the middle layer and bake for 15 minutes.Take it out, brush with a thin layer of butter and bake for another 15 minutes. It’s out of the oven
