How to braised chicken legs

1. After cleaning all the ingredients, cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, cut the green pepper into cubes, slice the mushrooms, and slice the carrots and set aside.

2.Chop the chicken legs into small pieces, boil them in a pot of cold water and skim off the foam.Drain and set aside.(Add some cooking wine to the water when cooking)

3. Take a small bowl and add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce , oyster sauce, appropriate amount of salt, add some water and mix thoroughly.

4. After turning on the heat, add an appropriate amount of corn oil to the pot, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar and stir-fry slowly over low heat.

5.After the rock sugar dissolves, add the onion and ginger and stir-fry.

6. After the aroma is released, add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until the chicken pieces are evenly coated with sugar color.

7.Add the mushrooms and green pepper and stir-fry evenly.

8. Pour the prepared sauce into the pot and stir-fry evenly, then add an appropriate amount of Just enough water to cover the chicken, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer slowly.

9. When half of the soup is reduced, you can add carrots and stir-fry.

10. Wait until the soup is dry, then turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
Tips
After boiling the chicken in cold water, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.You don't need to cook it for too long.It only takes two to three minutes after the water boils.I used frozen chicken legs.
