How to make meat floss sausage bread

1. Remove butter Pour other ingredients into the bread machine barrel, in order of liquid first and then powder, then dig a hole in the middle and add yeast powder, and start the bread machine's dough function.(The dough function of my bread machine is kneading + fermentation, the total time is 1 hour and 40 minutes)

2.When kneading until it forms a ball, add butter and continue kneading for about 45 minutes until it reaches the expansion stage.

3. Then let the dough double in size.

4. Take out the dough and deflate it, divide it into eight equal parts, roll it into a ball and let it rest for 15 minutes..

5.While the dough is relaxing, prepare the floss and cut the sausage dices and green onions.

6.Take a loose dough and roll it into a long shape, about 20 cm long and about 20 cm wide 10 cm, then use a scraper to cut 5 knives on the lower end.

7. Place meat floss, sausage dices and green onion on top of the dough sheet.

Tips
1.My oven has a fermentation function.The default setting is 45 degrees and 40 minutes for your reference.It can be doubled in size.
2.After the bread is colored, you can cover it with tin foil to prevent the bread from getting too dark.
