How to make Qishan Saozi Noodles
1.Cut all the ingredients into cubes and cut the fungus into shreds.

2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat evenly.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add tofu and fry until both sides are golden brown.

4. Add carrots and fungus and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry and serve.

5. Pour a little oil into the pan, pour in the egg liquid and spread it into an egg pancake, spreading it on one side Flip and cook the other side.

6. Cut the cooked eggs into diamond-shaped pieces.

7. Heat the pot and pour in a little oil.When the oil is hot, add the minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

8.Pour the balsamic vinegar into the pot.

9. Pour an appropriate amount of boiling water according to your own population.

10.Put in a spoonful of salt.

11.Pour the fried vegetables into the soup.

12.Put in the egg slices.

13. Add chicken essence.

14. Add the minced meat.

16. Cook the noodles in the pot, use thinner noodles, I use the ones with alkali added Noodles, specializing in saozi noodles.

17. Take out the noodles after cooking, don’t put too much noodles, just one bite is enough, be careful A delicious smell.

18. Just pour the prepared soup on the noodles.We pay attention to less noodles.There is a lot of soup.Don't drink the soup after eating the noodles.Go to get the noodles again.When you are full, you can drink the soup.This way, you will know that you are not going to eat, so you don't have to cook noodles for you.
Tips
1.There is daylily in the noodles, but my family doesn’t eat daylily, so I didn’t put it in.If you like it, you can put some daylily in it, and it will taste better.
2.If you can make hand-rolled noodles, the saozi noodles produced by hand-rolled noodles will be more delicious, and you can also make vegetable noodles.
3.Saozi noodles require sour soup, so add more vinegar.Chili peppers are added to the soup, so the resulting soup is red and oily.If you like chili peppers, you can add more oily chili peppers.
4.If there are many people in the family, you can make more sour soup.
