How to make egg yolk cookies

1.Oil-free high-protein cookies.

2. Prepare ingredients.Separate 2 egg yolks and set aside.

3. Crack the eggs into the yolk bowl and beat them together with the two yolks.

4. Beat the egg liquid until it turns white, add 15g of sugar and continue to stir evenly.

The baking powder and cake must be mixed evenly so that the biscuits can be beautiful.
Oven temperatures have their own characteristics.Mine is a mini oven, so the temperature needs to be lower.
