Ingredients
Plain flour ( 300 grams ) | Water ( appropriate amount ) |
Yeast ( 3 grams ) | Sugar ( 30 grams ) |
Salt ( 1g ) | Butter ( 50g ) |
How to make soda crackers

1. Yeast advance Dissolve with water, add a little sugar and let it sit for 5 minutes.

2. Mix flour, sugar and salt evenly.

3.Add yeast water and add appropriate amount of water to stir into floc, without dry powder.

4. Add the butter that has been softened in advance.

5.Knead the dough into a dough.Do not over-knead to create tendons, and do not knead to make it particularly smooth.

6. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until your fingers are sticky with flour and poke a hole without shrinking.

7. Take a piece of dough and roll it into a 5mm thick sheet, then cut it into small pieces.

8.Prick the small eyes with a fork or toothpick.

9. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes, until the surface is golden.Temperature times are for reference only.
Tips
When rolling out the dough, try to make it as evenly thick as possible to avoid uneven coloring, some being burnt, and some being undercooked and crispy.
