Ingredients
Low-gluten flour ( 100g ) | Ordinary flour ( 70g ) |
Corn starch ( 130g ) | Corn oil ( 110g ) |
Egg ( 1 ) | |

How to make egg crisp biscuits

1. Put all the ingredients in a basin.

2. Stir evenly with chopsticks without any dry powder.

3. Knead the dough with your hands and place it on the board.

4. Spread plastic wrap on the surface of the dough.

5. Roll the dough into a sheet about 0.5cm thick.

Tips
The flour can be replaced with 1:1 of ordinary flour and cornstarch.
