Ingredients
Potatoes (one) | Spinach leaves (appropriate amount ) |
Cheese shreds ( 210g ) | Meat sauce or tomato sauce ( 300g ) |
Vanilla chips (appropriate amount) | chopped rosemary ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make cheese and potato layer pie

1. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin slices (the thinner, the better) and spread them into a square baking pan like this

2.Place 100g of Italian meat sauce or tomato sauce

3.Arrange the spinach leaves

4.Sprinkle 70g of shredded cheese

5.Repeat step 1234 twice, and bake in the middle rack of the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes

Tips
①Potatoes must be cut very thinly.I cut them a bit thick.Thin cuts are easier to cook
②I haven’t done much recently.I wanted to eat something too greasy, so I simply added ketchup.
To popularize the recipe of Italian Bolognese Sauce:
1.Use chopped tomatoes to cook the tomato sauce, scoop it up and set aside;
2.Heat the pan with cold oil and stir-fry the minced garlic/onion until fragrant.Then add minced meat, either pork or beef;
3.When the minced meat is almost cooked, add tomato sauce, stir-fry over low heat to mix, then add salt and a small amount of sugar to taste.
