How to make steamed pumpkin cake

1.Peel the old pumpkin and slice it (the thinner, the easier it will be to cook).Steam it in a pot over water, or cook it in a microwave..

2.Put the glutinous rice flour, white sugar and corn starch into a basin.Mix well.

3. When the pumpkin is warm, knead it with the glutinous rice flour until it is not sticky.Just use your hands (pictured below) because my hands were covered with rice flour during the kneading process, so I didn’t take any pictures.

4. Divide the kneaded rice flour dough into small portions of equal size and roll them into balls ( It’s about the size of an egg.) Wake up for ten minutes

5.Rinse the prepared wolfberry and set aside p>

6. Take a toothpick and press it on the dough to draw pumpkin lines.
