How to make eight-inch jujube chiffon cake

1.Jujube: Put the jujube into a cooking cup, add milk, brown sugar, and beat into brown sugar Date paste.

2.Eggs: two basins without water and oil, separate egg white and egg yolk.Add egg yolks to jujube puree, add corn oil and stir evenly.

3. Stir the egg yolks evenly, and sift in the low-gluten flour and baking soda.Mix the flour evenly in a cross shape (be sure to stir randomly to prevent the flour from being stirred too hard) and set aside.

4. Egg white: add three drops of white vinegar.Whisk until dry (as long as the egg white tips are not bent when you lift the egg beater)

5.Preheat the oven to 150 degrees for 5 minutes.Add the egg whites to the egg yolk batter, mix gently, remove the cake mold, and shake vigorously a few times to remove excess air bubbles.Bake in the oven at 150 degrees for 50 minutes.

6.The finished product was released: My son had to take it off the mold, and it was a bit horrible to watch.
Tips
We don't like it to be too sweet, so we use less sugar. If you like it sweet, you can add a little more brown sugar.I used Xinjiang gray dates, which have thin skin, sweet flesh and not bitter taste.Furthermore, every oven is different, so you have to adjust the temperature and time yourself.
