Cake flour ( 150g ) | Corn oil ( 90ml ) |
Spinach juice ( 120ml ) | Sugar ( 120g (40g added to egg yolk) ) |

How to make spinach juice chiffon cake

1.Prepare materials

2.Wash fresh spinach leaves and cut them into pieces, put them into a blender and add 50ml of water to stir out the juice, then filter out the residue, leaving only the vegetable juice.

3.Separation of egg yolk and egg white

4. Add corn oil, 40g sugar and 120ml spinach juice to the egg yolk and mix well.
