Eggs ( 2 ) | Yoghurt ( 155g ) |
Low-gluten flour ( 65 grams ) | White sugar ( 35 grams ) |
Lemon juice ( appropriate amount ) | Fresh strawberry slices (appropriate amount) |
6 simple steps to make strawberry yogurt cake that can be eaten even if you are losing weight

1.Add the yogurt to the sifted low-gluten flour and stir evenly

2.Add the egg yolk again and mix well

3. Add lemon juice to egg whites, add sugar in three batches and beat until wet foam

4. Take one-third of the meringue and add it to the egg yolk batter and stir evenly , add the remaining meringue again and mix well

5.Put it into a piping bag, fill the paper cup eight-tenths full, and put a strawberry slice on the surface

6.Preheat the oven to 130°C and bake for about 25 minutes
Tips
The yogurt cake will collapse after cooling, so remember to eat it while it’s hot
