Eggs: protect eyes and improve eyesight
Ingredients
Flour ( 3 spoons ) | Eggs ( 3 ) |
Milk ( 6 spoons ) | Sugar ( 4 spoons ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make small cakes in the oven
1. Prepare the eggs, separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, and make sure there is no water or oil in the bowl!

2.Start beating the egg whites after they are separated.When they start to bubble a little, add a spoonful of sugar and continue beating

3.As the bubbles increase and the color turns white, add another spoonful

4.The egg whites are gone! It is successfully whipped when it becomes creamy.

5.Add 2 spoons of sugar and 3 spoons of flour to the egg yolks and stir evenly, up and down! Then add the whipped egg whites and mix it up and down and it’s ready!

6. Brush the container with oil and preheat it at 180 degrees for 2 minutes.I use my dad’s soaking Cup of tea!

7.Pour the mixed egg liquid into the container, do not pour it into 2/3 Just keep it as it is, don’t fill it up!

8.Put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes and it will be out of the box!
