How to make cranberry cake rolls

1. 4. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and sprinkle with dried cranberries.Pour the mixed cake batter into the baking pan.Pick up the baking sheet and slam it down a few times to eliminate any air bubbles on the bottom.Place in the now preheated oven.

5. After the cake is out of the oven, place it upside down on the baking grid, then tear off the oil paper and let it cool..
