Egg white ( 2 pcs ) | Powdered sugar ( 40g ) |
Lemon Juice ( 5 grams ) | Food coloring ( A small amount ) |
How to make protein sugar

1.Separate the egg white and egg yolk, add lemon juice to the egg white

2.Add half of the powdered sugar
3.Use an electric whisk to beat until rough foam appears, then add the other half of the powdered sugar

4.Use an electric whisk to beat until stiff peaks

5. Put a small amount of pigment into the piping tape

6.Put the beaten egg whites into the piping tape

7. Line the baking sheet with absorbent paper and squeeze in the egg whites

8.Place in a preheated oven at 100 degrees and bake for 60 to 70 minutes
Tips
The size of the meringue determines the baking time, adjust it!
A temperature of 100 degrees is enough, don’t heat it up just for speed!
