Eggs: protect eyes and improve eyesight
Ingredients
Low-gluten flour ( 200g ) | Baking powder ( 10 grams ) |
Eggs ( 2 large ones ) | Salt ( 1g ) |
Milk ( 150ML ) | Whipping cream ( 50ML ) |
Fine sugar ( 80g ) |
How to make small cakes

1.Put the milk into a dilute Put milk, salt and eggs in a container, add baking powder, beat with an electric egg beater until slightly fluffy.

2.Sift in the low powder and stir until smooth and without particles.

3.Finally add fine sugar and stir until the sugar melts.

4. Take out the baking pan from the oven and pour half a plate of cold water into it.See picture 1

5.In the baking pan that has been filled with water, gently place the silicone mold.Pour egg liquid into the mold until it is eighty-full.

6.Put it in the oven and cook at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Tips
Note that because the silicone mold is soft, after the batter is mixed, the air bubbles must be shaken out before placing it in the mold.
