I make my own sushi vinegar from salt, sugar and vinegar.The ratio is 1:5:10.Just put the three together and let them cool before use! The rice also needs to be cooled.If it is too hot, spread it on the seaweed.The seaweed absorbs too much heat and will easily break when rolled!
