How to make homemade sushi rolls

1.After the rice is cooked, open the lid and stir the rice evenly

3. Shred cucumber and carrot , cut ham into strips

Tips
If you don’t have sushi vinegar, you can make it yourself.The preparation method is: salt, sugar, rice vinegar = 1:5:10.Put them all in a pot over low heat and boil the sugar until they melt.Be careful not to let the vinegar boil.Remember to use low heat.
