Ingredients
Eggs ( 2 ) | Pearl rice ( 1 bowl ) |
Sushi vinegar ( appropriate amount ) | Seaweed ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( 1/3 spoon ) | Cooking oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make egg sushi
1. Add sushi vinegar to the pearl rice while it is hot, mix well, let cool and set aside-

2. Beat the eggs, add salt and mix well, heat the pan and apply cooking oil, pour in all the egg liquid and fry slowly over low heat

3. Spread vinegar on your hands and hold the rice into a long rice ball

4.Cut the fried eggs into the same size as rice balls

5.Put fried eggs on the rice balls

6.Prepare 5 seaweed strips

7. Roll up with nori strips, the egg sushi is completed
8.Plate and serve at the table

1.For the amount of sushi vinegar, please refer to the instructions on the bottle of sushi vinegar for your own use
