Rice ( 1 small bowl ) | Sushi vinegar ( appropriate amount ) |
Grilled eel ( 1 piece ) | Seaweed ( Adequate amount ) |
Sushi ginger slices ( appropriate amount ) | Mustard (appropriate amount) |
Yusheng soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |

1.Prepare the materials as shown in the picture.

2. Pour the rice with sushi vinegar and stir evenly.

3. Shape the rice into a rectangular shape.

4. Cut the grilled eel into pieces as wide as the rice.

5. Cut the seaweed into strips.

6. Grilled eel is covered with rice and tied with nori in the middle.
