Ingredients
Ham ( 1~2 ) | Carrot ( 1 ) |
Cucumber ( 1 ) | Salad ( Appropriate amount ) |
Sushi Sea Terrace ( 1~2 ) | Rice, glutinous rice ( Adequate amount 3:1 ) |
Vinegar, sugar ( half a spoon ) | Eggs ( 1 ) |
Pork floss (appropriate amount) | Sushi mat ( ) |
How to make sushi

1. Mix rice and glutinous rice and cook together.

2.After frying the eggs, cut the eggs, ham, carrots, cucumbers and other ingredients into strips.Then soak the cucumbers in some salt and boil the carrots in water.

3.Add the sugar water to the vinegar and stir, then pour the vinegar into the cooked rice and stir evenly.

4.After the rice has cooled down, place the sushi seaweed on the sushi mat, stir some rice onto the sushi seaweed, and use a rice spoon to spread the rice evenly over the entire sushi seaweed.

5.After spreading the rice, put the prepared carrots, ham, cucumbers, and eggs on top (don’t put them too far in the middle), add some meat floss, and then add the salad dressing on top of the meat.

6. Once the salad dressing is ready, roll it up and then cut it.Then put the sushi on a plate and put some salad dressing on top of the sushi.(Make the salad dressing look like the picture) and you're done.
