How to make fried chicken sushi
1. Prepare a piece of chicken breast, rinse it and remove excess fat.
2. Take the middle piece into two pieces.(Vary the thickness according to the size of the chicken breast) Use a knife to pat it a few times.

3.Put the chicken breast into a plate, marinate with pepper, salt and cooking wine for about 20 minutes.
