How to make original sushi

1.Prepare ingredients: clean white mushrooms, carrots, and cucumbers, beat eggs into a small bowl

2.Cut the white mushrooms into thin slices, and cut the carrots and cucumbers into thin strips

3. Add a small amount of oil to the pan , lightly fry the cucumber and carrot sticks to remove the raw smell

4. Take out the carrots and cucumber strips , add a small amount of oil and fry the white mushrooms

5.After the white mushrooms are prepared, there is no need to add oil.Pour in some egg liquid and spread it into an egg pancake

6. After spreading the egg liquid, cut the egg cake into strips and set aside

7.Take the bamboo curtain and spread it with a piece of seaweed

8.Use a rice shovel to spread the rice evenly.Do not spread it all over at one end (too full of rice will overflow and affect the appearance)

10.Roll up the bamboo curtain from the inside out

11. When rolled to the end, pinch the whole thing hard (to make the rice ball firm)

12.Take off the bamboo curtain and cut the sushi evenly with a seven-hole knife

Tips
1.Because I don’t like the taste of sushi vinegar, I omitted the step of mixing the rice
2.Before cutting sushi, apply a small amount of sesame oil on the seven-hole knife to prevent the rice from sticking to the rice
