Ingredients
Flour ( 100g ) | Egg ( 1 piece ) |
Onions ( 1 ) | Oil ( 20 grams ) |
Salt ( 3 grams ) | Five-spice powder ( 2 grams ) |
How to make scallion and egg pancakes

1. Prepare materials.

2. Add eggs and water to the flour and stir.

3. Stir until there are no lumps and the dough is completely integrated.

4. Split the green onion from the middle, and then chop it into small pieces.

5. Add the chopped green onion, salt, and allspice to the batter, and stir evenly.!
