How to make purple sweet potato glutinous rice cakes

1.Crush the cooked purple sweet potato with appropriate amount of sugar while it is hot into a puree

2. Form into purple sweet potato balls.

3. Take an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and pour it into boiling water.

4.Knead the dough into a moderately soft and hard dough.

5.Take a small piece of dough and press it into a dough and put purple potato balls on it.

6. Wrap the purple potato balls and press them into small cakes.

7.Put it in a pan and sear it until both sides are golden.

8.Eat it while hot, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a glutinous texture.
