How to make pan-fried pumpkin cake

1. Cut the pumpkin into pieces , put in a steamer and steam until cooked, peel off the skin after cooling.Then stir the cooked pumpkin into a paste, add glutinous rice flour and sugar, knead it into a dough, spread it in a steamer and steam it, pour it into an oiled basin to cool, then roll it into long strips and pick it into 12 pieces.

2. Flatten the dough with your hands into a round shape that is thin on the sides and thick in the middle; wrap it with bean paste and press it into a cake shape to create a pumpkin cake dough.

3. Heat the pan and add oil.Then put the raw material into the pot and fry over low heat until both sides are slightly yellow.
