Pumpkin (peeled) ( 800g ) | Glutinous rice flour ( 500g ) |
Sugar ( 100g or appropriate amount ) | Salad oil or lard ( appropriate amount ) |
Bread crumbs (optional) ( Adequate amount ) |
How to make pumpkin pie

1.Peel and slice the pumpkin

2.Steam the pumpkin, use a spoon to mash the steamed pumpkin into puree

3.Add pumpkin puree and sugar and stir until smooth

4.Add glutinous rice flour and form into a ball

5.Add oil and mix into a ball

6. Divide into small pieces, reference: 25g each

7.Knead into balls and shape into small cakes

8.Pumpkin dough is sticky with water and wrapped in bread crumbs

9.Wrap up and set aside

10.Fry, put the oil in the pot at about 50% temperature, and fry until golden brown (it is cooked when it floats) p>

11. Remove the oil from the pot
