How to make crucian carp stewed with tofu and paste it into pancakes

1. Kill, clean and drain the fish.Add appropriate amount of cooking wine and salt and marinate for half an hour.

2.Rinse the tofu under running water and set aside

3.Knead the flour with warm water to make the dough slightly softer, then mix it into a dough and let it rest for 30 minutes

4. While the pickled fish is cooking, cut the tofu into 1.5cm square pieces

Tips
