Pumpkin: Reduce swelling
Ingredients
Pumpkin ( 500g ) | Rice flour ( 800g span> ) |
Oil ( 500 grams ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
Garlic ( 2 pieces ) | White sesame seeds ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make garlic pumpkin cake

1.Choose older pumpkins with yellow skin;

2.Peel and remove the seeds and wash them.Cut into small pieces;

3. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and cook for about 20 minutes ;

4.Prepare garlic;

5.Chop into fine pieces;

6.The cooked pumpkin is soft and rotten.Put some in a bowl first.If you add too much rice flour, you can add more.If you don’t use it, you can eat it directly.It is very sweet;

7. Use a spatula to grind the paste, add minced garlic and salt;

8.Use a container to measure the rice flour;
9.Pour into the pot, turn to low heat and stir-fry while pouring.It is best not to stick to the pot to avoid sticking;

Tips
1.Boil the pumpkin and cold water in a pot together.Use more rice flour if you use more water.You can control it yourself;
2.Dip sesame seeds up and down when making the dough into a round shape, then flatten it with your hands, and dip some sesame seeds on your hands.Cooked oil;
3.Be sure to use low heat when frying noodles, otherwise the bottom will easily burn;
