Fennel seedlings (About a pound) | Flour, eggs ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make fennel seedling pancakes

1.Chop the tip half of the fennel seedlings

2. Add two eggs, some flour, a little salt and water to make a paste.

3.Make it into a paste that is not too thin

4. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pan, reduce the heat to low, and pour in a spoonful of paste.

5. Spread evenly and fry until almost solidified.

6. Fry the other side until cooked through.
