How to make millet pancakes

1. Steam the millet for 20 to 30 minutes

2.Add chopped green onion

3.Add flour

4. Stir evenly and make it slightly thicker

5.Add eggs and salt

6.Mix well and wake up for ten minutes

7. Preheat the electric baking pan, brush it with oil, pour in the batter, and flatten it with a shovel.

8. Fry one side until it can move, then flip it over

9. Remove from pot and plate
Tips
If you like it a bit browner, fry it for a while but don’t add too much oil.
