Sweet potatoes ( 1 ) | Glutinous rice flour ( appropriate amount ) |
White sugar ( 1 spoon ) | Cooking oil ( a little ) |
How to make sweet potato glutinous rice cakes

1.Peel and wash the sweet potatoes

2.Cut into slices and steam on a plate for more than ten minutes

3.Prick it gently with chopsticks and it will be cooked through

4.Add sugar while hot

5.Use a spoon to press into puree

9. The sweet potato glutinous rice cakes are fried, golden and very appetizing.
Tips
The glutinous rice must be added in batches so that the resulting dough does not stick to your hands.If it is too soft, the fried pancake will not be shaped.If it is too hard, the pancake will not taste good.If you don’t like it too sweet, you can omit the sugar.I personally think it tastes better with sugar.
