Ingredients
Low-gluten flour ( 100g ) | Milk ( 110g ) |
Eggs ( 1 ) | Powdered sugar ( 35g ) |
Baking powder ( 3g ) | Baking soda ( 1g ) |
Corn oil ( 10g ) | Honey ( 10g ) |
How to make original waffles

1.Prepare ingredients
2.Crack the eggs into a basin, add powdered sugar and mix well3.Pour in the milk and stir evenly

4.Sifter in Stir flour, baking soda and baking powder into a paste, cover with plastic wrap and let it sit for about twenty minutes

5. Heat the pan until it is 70% hot.Use a spoon to scoop a small spoonful of batter and slowly pour it into the center of the pan, allowing the batter to naturally spread evenly into a round shape (note that no oil is needed in the pan)

6.When bubbles appear in the batter
7.Use a spatula to turn over and fry for a while before serving-

8.Put it on a wire rack to remove moisture

9. Pair it with cream, condensed milk or chocolate according to your own taste
Tips
Be sure to use a pan or electric pan when frying.Use medium to low heat throughout the process.When eating, mix and match according to personal preference.
