How to make banana cake

1. Prepare the ingredients, cut the banana into small dices (you can also peel the whole banana into a large bowl)

2.Crush it with a spoon (you can also put it in a clean bag and crush it by hand)

3.Add flour, appropriate amount.

4.Add eggs.

5. What it looks like after stirring in one direction for a few times.

6. Stir in one direction for more than 1 minute.(If it is too thin after mixing, add an appropriate amount of flour and continue mixing.)
Important reminder: Do not add water, banana cake does not need water.
7. Stir until it becomes sticky.

8. If you want to heat the electric cake stall or wok, pour a little oil into the pan to prevent it from sticking.The mold I used, scoop the batter into the mold and turn on low heat.Without a mold, it would be about the size of a fist.

9.Some are separated from the mold after forming and then the shovel is turned over.It's done when both sides are golden and not mushy.
