Ingredients
Glutinous rice flour ( 300g ) | Pumpkin ( 200g ) |
White sugar ( appropriate amount ) | Edible oil (appropriate amount) |
How to make pumpkin pie

1. Cut the pumpkin into cubes, add a small amount of sugar (it is recommended to steam it before adding it), and steam it in a pot

2.Pumpkin pressed into puree

3.Pour the glutinous rice flour into the pumpkin puree and knead together

4.Add glutinous rice flour slowly , don’t pour it all at once, for fear of it being too dry or too wet, just knead until the surface is smooth

5.Take a small piece of flour and press it into a heart shape

6. Heat the pot first Once the oil is ready, put the pumpkin cake down and fry over low heat, flipping repeatedly, until both sides are golden.
