Chestnut: Strengthens the spleen
Ingredients
Chestnut (a pound) | Lard ( 50g span> ) |
Corn oil ( 100g ) | White sugar ( 20 grams ) |
Boiling water ( 90 grams ) | Flour ( 350g ) |
How to make chestnut cake

1. Take 100 grams of flour and 50 grams of lard, and mix into a pastry

2.Put the mixed ghee into Fresh-keeping bag,

3. 250 grams of flour, 50 grams of corn oil, 20 grams of sugar, 90 grams of boiling water , mixed into puff pastry,

4.Put in a fresh-keeping bag for 20 minutes,
