How to make shredded potato and bean dregs cake

1.Peel the potatoes and grate them into shreds.You can also cut them with a knife.And wash it with water to remove the starch.

2.Cut the green onion leaves into fine pieces.I don’t have green onion leaves at home and use leeks.Leaves instead.

3. Put the green onion leaves into the shredded potatoes, beat in two eggs, and add salt , MSG, flour.

4.Put in flour and water, just enough to have the okara drained from grinding the soy milk

1.The batter must be thin and fluid.It is easy to fry and tastes tender and smooth.2.If you like your food crispy, you can fry it for a longer time.3.If you have carrots at home, you can also add some shredded carrots.
