How to make vegetarian fried cakes

1. Prepare the materials, shred the cabbage, wash and drain, put the cake on the pan, and beat the eggs , cut the garlic into two portions and set aside

2. Put the beaten eggs into the oil pan and fry them into crumbs, put them into a bowl and set aside

3. Heat the pot to 40% to 50% heat, and pour in an appropriate amount of scallion oil for frying.If you don’t have scallion oil, you can also use ordinary peanut oil

4.When the oil is hot, add half of the garlic and saute until fragrant
