Pumpkin: Reduce swelling
Ingredients
Pumpkin ( 300g ) | Glutinous rice flour ( 150g ) |
Rice flour ( 35g ) | Sugar ( 20g ) |
Tea (appropriate amount) |
How to make cute little pumpkins and simple pumpkin cakes

1. Dice the pumpkin and steam it 
2. For the steamed pumpkin, you don’t need any water on the plate.It’s okay if you put it directly on the steaming rack.Add sugar and crush it.You can decide how much sugar you want.I don’t like it too sweet, so I add a little.The other way is to see if the pumpkin is sweet or not.If it’s not sweet, add more.If it’s sweet, add less.

3.Add glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour, stir well and knead into a ball, slowly Take your time, start it dry but be sure not to add water.The pumpkin has a lot of water.If it feels dry at the end, add some water (you can add the water used to steam the pumpkin.This water will still have the sweet taste of pumpkin)

4. Divide each one equally, mine is about 40g, use a toothpick to press out the pattern (rice-shaped) in the middle Insert a tea leaf.When the tea leaves are steamed, they will have a fragrance and can be eaten together.

5. Put it in the pot, steam it with cold water, and wait until the lid is fogged.Steam for another 15 minutes and it’s ready.Uncover and let cool until it sticks

6.This is a pumpkin pie made from my extra dough.Flatten it and make it thinner for frying

7. Put a few drops of oil in the pot and spread it evenly, then turn to low heat

Tips
Pumpkin pie must be on low heat.The pumpkin dough is slightly harder to knead, so it is easier to shape.You can use whatever pumpkin handle you like to make it a good delicacy
