How to make flat cakes with soybean filling and malt filling

1.Prepare japonica rice flour, glutinous rice flour, malt powder, and black sesame seeds

2.Clean the grass heads, put 1 gram of baking soda in the water, blanch the grass heads in boiling water for 10 minutes, drain slightly, then gradually crush them with a food processor, add less water and stew until crispy

2.Use pure japonica rice flour for japonica rice flour and pure glutinous rice flour for glutinous rice flour.Do not use water mill.3.Knead the japonica rice flour, glutinous rice flour and grass head together.Put the grass head in and gradually add the water in the grass head.Don’t knead it too soft, because adding malt powder will make it even softer.The japonica rice flour can be loosened, ( If it is too soft, you can add it, but you still have to put it all in, otherwise the proportion will be wrong)
